New Employee Training
The purpose of Gondion is to entrust young people with important responsibilities and fully value the personal growth and career development of every employee. For this purpose, the company has established a comprehensive training system and will provide all-round training and development support to everyone in various forms at different times.
Induction training
Provide unified training for new employees for 1-3 months, including training on essential sales skills such as business philosophy, product technology knowledge, business negotiation, problem solving, and industry knowledge. Professional and systematic training for new employees will lay a solid foundation for their future development.
On-the-Job Training
As the foundation of the training process, after being assigned to the affiliated branch, arrange for senior members of the department to provide one-on-one guidance, promoting new employees to learn excellent work styles more efficiently in their daily work. For example, traveling with senior colleagues to visit and showcase products through role play.
Regular follow-up training
Gondion adopts a regional responsibility system, and sales personnel generally have their own independent areas of responsibility after 3-6 months of joining the company. The familiarity of sales personnel with their responsible areas can be said to be particularly important.
Newcomers will undergo regular review and follow-up training at 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, etc. after joining the company. The training content covers in-depth sales skills, improvement of technical abilities, methods for handling internal matters, and sharing of the situation of employees during the same period. Through these regular trainings, we continuously consolidate the knowledge and abilities of new employees during the training period, and improve and promote their personal growth.
Regional performance and market analysis training
Gondion adopts a regional responsibility system, and sales personnel generally have their own independent areas of responsibility after 3-6 months of joining the company. The familiarity of sales personnel with their responsible areas can be said to be particularly important. The workshop will teach sales personnel to accurately analyze the industry distribution, performance composition, and customer business status of the responsible area, and based on the analysis results and facts, develop suitable sales plans and strategies for the area according to their own ideas.
Career development
Gondion breaks the traditional promotion model, and the length of employment is not the only criterion for evaluation. According to the principle of ability first and fair promotion, new employees who have the ability and hard work can also be quickly promoted to sales supervisors or even sales managers after entering the company. Because Gondion relies on its keen sense of smell and constantly monitors the dynamics of each employee, never burying highly capable talents. MDP(Management Development Program)
It refers to a training method that provides targeted personnel with a certain period of time to work as responsible persons. Gondion believes that "completely entrusting work" is a good training method, which not only enhances employees' abilities, but also allows for a deeper understanding of the necessary skills and responsibilities as a leader. To lay a more solid foundation for building an efficient and active team in the future.
Leadership training
The company conducts irregular leadership and team management training for middle and senior management personnel, continuously strengthening the mid to late stage development of employees and promoting the long-term stable development of the company.
Cursus honorum
While providing rapid growth, Gondion also offers a broad platform for everyone to rise. After reaching a certain level, there are two promotion paths: "Professional" and "Management".
